Refund Policy
Refunds on Services/Courses
There are no refunds on courses and services.
We provide a thorough and detailed list of what is included in each service and course and provide more value, time, consideration and support than what is listed. We believe in giving above and beyond.
Although, if you feel that you did not get value out of a course that you purchased, please email hello@melissapaterson.com within 5 business days. We require proof that all course materials have been filled out and follow all instructions. If a genuine value has not been received a refund may be granted at the discretion of the Melissa Paterson team. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular-priced items may be considered for a refund. Services or courses purchased while on sale cannot be refunded.
